Athlete Stories: Ben Evans (Rugby Union)

Ben Evans is a former rugby union player for Wales, having been capped 27 times for his country.

Playing in the prop position, Ben was something of a journeyman, having stints at Neath, Swansea, Cardiff (all Wales), Sale, Jersey and Moseley (England), and Calvisano and Parma (Italy). Upon moving to Australia, he joined Waverley Rugby Club in Sydney as a player-coach, and is now the set piece coach of Shute Shield side, Parramatta Two Blues.

Alongside this, Ben studied a degree in Sports Science but now finds himself running a boutique recruitment agency, Blue Bison, in Sydney.
