We will look at the importance of non-verbal communication, as well as get you to practise likely questions, and review and reflect on your answers so that you feel confident when you walk into any interview and are ready to impress.

It involves developing a strategy around what your strengths are and how to apply them to the company you are talking to. It also requires having an understanding of some of the potential challenges and preparing for how you will handle these, and then practising your responses so you can handle any situation.
